A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. CAN’T FIND YOUR RETURN LABEL?
Don’t worry—our packages do not include a return label. Simply contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you with your return or exchange.
C. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (order information screenshot)
- Reason for return
- For smoother processing, please attach a photo or video of the damaged or defective product as evidence for a refund or replacement.
Once we receive and verify your return (usually within 72 hours), we will send you a confirmation email. If a refund is necessary, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
D. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it. To return a product, please reach out via email.
E. EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for damaged, incorrect products, wrong sizes, or defective items. If you wish to exchange an item, contact us at [email protected].
F. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs for defective products.
- For non-defective products, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders where the wrong product was selected by the customer. In such cases, the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
- Customers are required to return products by mail.
- No restocking fees are applied on returns.
- In all exchange/return cases, you must provide video or image evidence of the received product, clearly labeled to confirm it is the correct item and indicate any errors.
G. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 days, and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
H. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after this time may be considered a “Change of Mind” return.
